INTRODUCTION



Dark Elf Tactician


Story
Selina was once the tactician for the Dark Elves. She was a natural born strategist so she is talented in using strategies to win her battles. She hates to see her allies die so she uses guerrilla warfare tactics to defeat her enemies. Although she was great, she was betrayed and had lost all her allies.


Strength - 14 + 1.0
Agility - 24 + 2.6
Intelligence - 20 + 2.4


Learns Dark Ritual, Kill Shot, Ghost Steps and Shroud of Darkness

Attack range of 600
Movement speed of 300

Starting Hitpoints: 150 + (14 * 19) = 416
Starting Mana: 24 * 13 = 312
Starting Damage: 24 + 1~31 = 25~55
Starting Armor: (26/ 7) + 1 = 5

Animate Dead

Dark Ritual
Selina was once the captain of a squad of elite archers until they were killed. She has the ability to use dark magic to resurrect them to fight for her once again.

Level 1 - Maximum of 3 Elite Archers.
Level 2 - Maximum of 4 Elite Archers.
Level 3 - Maximum of 5 Elite Archers.
Level 4 - Maximum of 6 Elite Archers.

Based on Crypt Lord's Carrion Beetles so it uses 1 corpse for 1 archer and no need for trigger since the max summons can be set in the spell. If I'm not going to make the hero, each archer has 30-40 pierce damage, 1.4 attack speed, 600 range, 365 movement, 2 normal armor and 350 health.

Duration is unlimited
Casting Range is 600
Casting Time is 0


Cooldown: 10/8/6/4
Mana Cost: 125/11/95/80

Black Arrow

Kill Shot
Selina has the ability to fire a deadly arrow that will deal twice the amount of damage if the target's health is below 25%. If she kills the target, her nearby allies will receive a boost in moral. Boost in moral will increase unit's damage by 20 and hero's damage by 60 for 20 seconds.

Level 1 - Deals 100 damage.
Level 2 - Deals 150 damage.
Level 3 - Deals 200 damage.
Level 4 - Deals 250 damage.

Area of Effect of moral boost should be around 800 and damage dealt is spell damage. Nothing else to say since that's all the information I think people should need unless I forgot something.

Duration is 20
Casting Range is 800
Casting Time is 0


Cooldown: 20/16/12/8
Mana Cost: 100/120/140/160

Elune's Grace

Ghost Steps
Selina is able to move quickly and her presence gives all nearby allies an increase in their movement speed. She and her allies also have the ability to move 10% faster for 4 seconds.

Level 1 - Increases movement speed by 4% and 10% chance on attack to receive additional movement speed.
Level 2 - Increases movement speed by 6% and 15% chance on attack to receive additional movement speed.
Level 3 - Increases movement speed by 8% and 20% chance on attack to receive additional movement speed.
Level 4 - Increases movement speed by 10% and 25% chance on attack to receive additional movement speed.

This spell is basically for hit and run tactic and is an aura so it allows all ranged heroes around you to harass.

Duration is 4
Casting Range is 0
Casting Time is 0


Cooldown: 0
Mana Cost: 0

Possession

Shroud of Darkness
Selina is well known for killing her enemies without them knowing how they were killed. She has the ability to hide herself and her allies in the shadows to assault her enemies. All nearby units under her command will be able to attack without being revealed. She can also cloak herself and other heroes around her for a few seconds.

Level 1 - Nearby units within 400 range will receive invisibility and can be activated to allow heroes to become invisible for 2 seconds.
Level 2 - Nearby units within 500 range will receive invisibility and can be activated to allow heroes to become invisible for 3 seconds.
Level 3 - Nearby units within 600 range will receive invisibility and can be activated to allow heroes to become invisible for 4 seconds.

I got this idea from DotA's newest hero Slark which allows him to attack without being revealed for 5.5 seconds. This spell is basically combining Slark's ultimate and Starcraft's arbiter invisible aura but works only the owner's units. This works on marines from the marine helm and maybe charmed units if there will be an item that allows that in the future. The spell can be activate to effect heroes to attack while not being revealed for a short duration.

Duration is 2/3/4

Casting Time is 0


Cooldown: 140/120/100
Mana Cost: 100/150/200

Kiryu's Notes – I got this idea from watching Indians picking off Europeans using guerrilla warfare tactics. This hero is support and uses hit and run tactics. She is meant to be annoying but can be killed easily if you got disables. This hero also should be able to farm easily with summons so she can be useful end game.

So Kill Shot does damages only if it doesn't kill, nothing else I take it ?

Kill Shot always deals damage. It deals 500 magic damage at max level if the unit has under 25% health. Normally it would deal 250 and I added the double damage if the target has below 25% health because of the name of the skill. The spell is supposed to kill the target but it might not if the target has a lot of health. If the target has 3000 max health and you cast the spell when the target is at 20% which is 600 health, it would deal 500 damage but the target would not die. This can be used to kill a creep to boost damage of your creeps to push or to easily kill a hero that is low on health early game.

Sorry, what I meant was it only double damages if less than 25%, and if not then just damages and nothing else?

If the target dies from the spell Kill Shot, a trigger will spawn a dummy unit that cast battle roar giving all allied units 20 damage and another battleroar that gives all nearby allied heroes 60 damage including self. Kill Shot has no debuff or stun unless you base the spell on storm bolt since it requires minimum of 0.01 stun.
