Pando...maybe should have explained that there is a big difference between a teacher and a college professor. (im assuming youre in high school...since you dont usually see people with 7 courses in one semester/quarter) Teachers know how to teach. Its what they have studied to do. If you have a bad teqacher, then you just got darned unlucky. College professors are experts in their field. They have not studied how to teach. You have a far greater range of quality.

In Australia and New Zealand Colleges are equivalent to what the United States calls High School. In the United States, the terms University and College are used interchangeably they mean roughly the same thing, there are some differences in United States usage.

I think the difference between Colleges and Universities in USA is similar to the differences between TAFE(Technical and Further Education) and University in Australia

PoM is that really a good reason to like the class? You can do whatever you want? That's a terrible reason, and also why the US education system is screwed up (among other things). I like the classes I actually learns stuff in, I hate classes where I do absolutely nothing. I hated PE. Never took study hall, TA period, and I always filled my schedule. America's going to tank, seriously, the government is ruining the long run economic growth by killing education. Stupid schools using the money to improve the athstetics not the material. Yay for America we spend loads on our schools but fail on the world stage! Yay teacher's unions for being soooo strong! (Yay sarcasm!)

TAPE sounds a lot like a trade school...which isnt really a college/university.

So hang on, what's the difference between a College and a University in America?

Well, they are almost the exact same thing. A college is the equivalent of YOUR university, but for us, a university is often considered a certain type of college. The more I think about it though, the more i realize how hazy the difference is.
The difference may just be what we associate with those words: prestige and such.

I have to say my English class is quite rough...Mr.Miller put this guy outside of the class for like 30 mins
for eating, and didn't even notice he was outside.
(that guy was txting outside lol)
I said "Mr.Miller, there is someone standing outside the classroom for almost 30 mins...."
Mr.Miller "oh right... thanks for remiding me" *gets up and goes outside*
....lol hes a funny teacher too lol

Whats better is a prank to fool the whole class.

now this experiment requires to acid. (safe to use on skins)
Now my sister doesn't know what the names were but it turned out great.
So u rub one of the aicd on your skin saying you need fresh blood for this, saying it's just eing safer to put
this on just in case. and you have the knife in the cup of the other acid take it out,
touch the knife with the place u rubbed the acid on.
and the out-come should be like color red running down your arm
but rlly is the 2 acids together creating like a blood looking acid i think...
but it was cool and realistic my sister said.
Me and my Science teacher still plan on doing that to the whole Science class.
So cant wait ^^

It may be phosphorus sulfate that turns red, But hydrogen Calcite is not very acidic to the skin [I sound like a flippin nerd...]

I'll see what chemicals can do that, haha sounds fun. :P
