New Clause which bumps the old clause 12 (golden rule clause) to 14.
New Clause 12 and 13:Quote:
12. If you have an issue with another member of the forum, including moderators or administrators, do not post publicly about it; rather, bring your issue to an administrator or directly to me by PM or e-mail. Please be sure to link posts and forward any PMs related to your complaint to the administrator to which you are addressing your complaint.
13. Users may not dispute or discuss a moderator's action(s) publicly unless given direct permission to do so from either the moderator in question or a member of the administrative staff. Any and all complaints directed at a moderator must first address the moderator in question via personal messaging.
If you are not happy with a moderator's decision, you user may appeal your position to a forum Administrator. The forum admin will make or change any and/or all final decisions. Finally, you may appeal directly by PM to me who will render a final decision. I very rarely overturns the decisions of the administrative staff, but I'll hear your case.
